Career and Resource Navigator

The Career and Resource Navigator role is onsite in Rincon, GA, with pay of $22–$24 per hour. The navigator assesses client goals and needs, develops individualized plans, and provides ongoing coaching and referrals. By coordinating with employers, community partners, and service providers, the role helps clients address barriers and advance toward employment and personal goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct one-on-one client assessments

• maintain accurate client records and outcomes
• collaborate with community partners, employers, and service providers
• stay informed about labor market trends and relevant policies
• facilitate workshops on job readiness, resumes, and interview skills.

Why this role
