Inside Sales Representative

Job overview

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Eugene, OR, with compensation of $20–$22 per hour. Edge, a division of NEFCO Construction Supply, distributes products and services to contractors, industrial businesses, municipalities, and government entities. The representative manages customer quotes and orders, provides product and pricing information, and develops customer and vendor relationships. The role supports sales goals by responding promptly to customer needs, sourcing products, and identifying relevant add-on sales.

What you'll do

• Process customer and outside-sales requests for quotations, product availability, and orders
• generate new business and maintain customer and vendor relationships
• sell and service customers with pricing and product application information
• identify add-on sales
• enter and schedule orders
• source non-stock materials
• communicate with customers, sales representatives, and managers
• attend weekly sales meetings.
