IT Operations Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage daily IT operations across macOS, Google Workspace, and Okta
• troubleshoot Tier 2–Tier 3 issues involving systems, networking, applications, and user access
• manage onboarding and offboarding, including zero-touch automation initiatives
• support integrations across approximately 100 internal systems
• design and improve scripting and AI-based automation
• partner with internal teams on technical improvements and projects
• maintain documentation and operational best practices.
