What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, access points, and perimeter
• check credentials and observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic
• document arrivals, departures, and visitor activity
• respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• notify appropriate personnel and prepare incident reports
• report conditions such as unsecured doors, damaged barriers, lighting concerns, or prohibited activity.
