What you'll do

• Lead and develop production staff
• create production schedules, staffing plans, and training assignments
• oversee production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• enforce safety, quality, and GMP standards
• lead audits and investigations
• drive continuous improvement
• support recruitment and onboarding
• manage employee relations
• facilitate shift communications
• monitor output and resolve FPQ issues
• and maintain technical knowledge of equipment and processes.
