What you'll do

• Schedule and supervise front-end team members
• maintain customer contact and address questions or complaints
• conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions
• train team members
• monitor cash handling
• follow and enforce safety and security procedures
• support register flow
• monitor store security in management’s absence
• communicate daily tasks and goals to the Night Shift PIC
• assist other departments as needed.
