• Oversee program planning, budgeting, staffing, performance, and operational execution
• ensure contract services meet performance, productivity, safety, quality, and customer requirements
• lead teams responsible for work control, finance, invoicing, budgeting, cost reporting, quality control, document management, customer service, purchasing, and contracting
• establish goals and metrics
• analyze operational and financial performance
• coordinate priorities and improve processes
• ensure compliance with standards and contract requirements
• partner with senior management
• represent the organization with customers and external groups as appropriate
• maintain knowledge of the NGA contract and provide Program Manager coverage when required.
