What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and production guidelines

• measure, weigh, chop, trim, peel, and mix ingredients
• use kitchen tools and equipment safely
• arrange, garnish, and portion food
• store food according to safety and sanitation guidelines
• restock, clean, and sanitize work areas and equipment
• follow food handling and safety policies.
