What you'll do

• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• complete preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• troubleshoot and repair issues in resident apartments and common areas
• respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs, including during the on-call rotation
• record work orders and completed repairs
• maintain grounds and building systems.
