What you'll do

• Oversee and implement quality management activities
• monitor care and service delivery
• evaluate practitioner practices and professional performance using quality improvement methods
• support continuous quality improvement, utilization management, and risk management
• conduct or oversee audits, patient satisfaction surveys, peer review, complaint resolution, credentialing standards, practice guidelines, and standardized policies
• use data and benchmarks to identify issues and guide improvement.
