What you'll do

• Design and implement activities aligned with the academy’s philosophy
• establish an inclusive classroom that encourages exploration and independence
• supervise and guide infants while managing routines sensitively
• monitor and record developmental milestones
• communicate with parents and colleagues
• maintain a clean, stimulating classroom with age-appropriate materials and equipment.
