What you'll do

• Manage and support civil litigation caseloads involving personal injury matters for local public entities
• conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda
• handle discovery and depositions
• participate in case strategy
• prepare witnesses, exhibits, and litigation materials
• attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
• collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients.
