What you'll do

• Oversee the restaurant’s operations, sales, profit and loss, financial projections, hiring, training, and development of management and hourly team members.
• Direct safety and sanitation, regulatory compliance, food preparation quality, guest service, cleanliness, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate and administer company policies and procedures and lead recruitment, retention, and development.
• Lead training week, hire front- and back-of-house teams, and coordinate operational needs for opening.
• Participate in hands-on training in Philadelphia, PA, where the currently operating Village Whiskey is located.
