Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, docks, piers, and shoreside infrastructure supporting operational and engineering activities. Manage employee s schedules. Responsible for maintenance checks on building/equipment and Import and Export Infrastructure, i.e. Keep timecards/payroll records.
