The director designs and implements behavior intervention programs for young children with special needs, supports families in reinforcing learned skills, and provides training and feedback to Behavior Technicians. The role monitors program quality and progress in collaboration with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

What you'll do

• Provide weekly and bi-weekly oversight of individual programs
