Job overview

Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. The primary purpose of this role is to provide flexible and adaptable nursing care across various units within the facility on a part-time basis, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care delivery and supporting departmental needs as a versatile member of the nursing team.
