Hotel Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance
• respond to guest and staff requests
• troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, appliances, furniture, doors, locks, and hotel equipment
• inspect building systems
• perform painting, drywall, and basic carpentry
• maintain grounds and parking areas
• assist with snow and ice control
• follow safety procedures
• organize tools and inventory
• support property emergency response.
