This role is for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes. You will provide care, guidance, and support to a group of approximately 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that promotes their academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
