Homebound Services Coordinator

Job overview

The Homebound Services Coordinator role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $21.06 to $25.96 per hour. The position coordinates volunteer-based services for adults who are no longer driving, including transportation, grocery shopping, friendly visits, and access to essential resources.

What you'll do

• Support participants and volunteers
• complete client intakes and ongoing assessments
• conduct home visits and identify services and referrals
• match clients with volunteers and coordinate service delivery
• help plan volunteer orientation and training
• support volunteer engagement and recognition
• document interactions and services
• coordinate quality assurance calls
• support organizational events and community engagement
• travel locally within Maricopa County as needed.
