What you'll do

• Manage hotel service, revenue, profitability, and overall property operations
• recruit, train, develop, and coach staff
• oversee payroll and staffing
• monitor service quality, inspect rooms, and address guest feedback
• oversee pricing and group bookings with Sales
• manage budgets, financial statements, and the annual hotel plan
• supervise capital expenditures and invoice review
• foster community relationships
• perform safety and security duties.
