Refurbishing Lead

What you'll do

• Coordinate refurbishment and production requirements with the production supervisor
• communicate operational, safety, and personnel issues
• troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• lead daily work and train operators
• enter production data
• assist with scheduling and inventory
• coordinate with maintenance and other departments
• maintain records and procedures for regulatory compliance
• keep the work area clean
• update Lean Boards and track throughput, downtime, and root causes.
