Job overview
The Infant Lead Teacher (EEC Certified) role is onsite in Franklin, MA, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The Learning Experience provides early learning and childcare programs for young children. The teacher leads infant classroom routines and learning experiences, providing individualized care and developmentally appropriate engagement. The role supports children’s growth through the L.E.A.P. Curriculum and builds trusting relationships with families while guiding and collaborating with Assistant Teachers.
What you'll do
- Lead daily infant classroom routines and learning experiences
- provide responsive, individualized care
- support feeding, diapering, sleep, tummy time, and developmental routines
- implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- engage infants through sensory exploration, language, music, movement, and play
- observe and document development
- collaborate with Assistant Teachers
- communicate with families
- maintain a clean, safe, nurturing classroom
- follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
