What you'll do

• Manage bar areas and beverage department personnel
• maintain beverage inventory, budgets, labor forecasts, and wine cellar
• ensure sanitation, safety, and alcohol-service compliance
• develop operating procedures and staff training
• coordinate beverage service with dining and banquet teams
• curate wine lists and cocktail menus with the Assistant Food and Beverage Director
• prepare shift reports
• assist with private parties and outlet service when needed.
