What you'll do

• Supervise and motivate the department team
• butcher meat and seafood to guest requests
• provide recipe and preparation recommendations when appropriate
• cut and prepare products for marketplace sale and restaurant service
• maintain company quality and Department of Health standards
• manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage the production schedule
• communicate technical or mechanical issues.
