What you'll do

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with cost estimates
• review construction drawings and specifications
• solicit subcontractor bids and assist with procurement
• research historical cost data and develop budgets and scope assignments
• assist with value engineering, risk management, and scheduling
• track and distribute construction documents
• prepare meeting minutes and coordinate project information
• identify project requirements and assist with construction sequencing and delivery.
