What you'll do

• Lead structured therapeutic groups
• complete clinical assessments
• develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• maintain confidential clinical documentation
• participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
• respond to resident, family, and staff concerns
• attend meetings and training
• collaborate with management and staff
• advocate for residents’ rights and well-being.
