What you'll do

• Recruit candidates, especially occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language pathology professionals
• maintain candidate pipelines and job postings
• screen applicants and coordinate interviews, assessments, references, offers, and pre-employment steps
• develop university relationships and recruiting calendars
• track retention and turnover data
• support employee check-ins and recognition
• capture and organize recruiting and culture content
• ensure client-related content has appropriate authorization and follows privacy and consent requirements
• assist with onboarding and HR coordination.
