It contributes to reliable operations by monitoring CMDB data quality, keeping tickets and asset records updated, and documenting technical and process information.

What you'll do

• Maintain ServiceNow operations and environment
• develop and configure enhancements
• own issues through resolution and provide updates
• support platform architecture and implementation of tools and plugins
• define and monitor CMDB data-quality KPIs
• use the Knowledge Base to find solutions
• update ADO tickets and asset-management records
• create technical and process documentation.
