The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote role is 100% remote, with applicants required to reside in one of Kyo’s priority states of operation. The pay range is $78,000–$90,000; part-time and full-time opportunities are available. Kyo provides child-centered Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism and their families. The BCBA leads individualized ABA programs through telehealth across home, school, and community settings, using Kyo’s care application and data systems. The role also supports behavior therapists and BCBA trainees while applying clinical judgment to assessments and treatment approaches based on client needs.

What you'll do

• Lead individualized ABA programs via telehealth
• support the development of behavior therapists and BCBA trainees
• provide client support during service hours of 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Monday–Friday based on client needs and caseload time zone.
