What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies according to protocols
• conduct unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking, entrances, and perimeters
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management and directions
• document incidents, observations, and patrol activity and communicate relevant information.
