What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct unarmed patrols of building interiors, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access and visitor activity
• maintain logs and reports
• communicate with property management and emergency responders.
