The Residential Coordinator, Swing Shift role is onsite in San Diego, CA, Thursday through Monday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Pay is $21–$26 per hour. The position is part of PATH’s Interim Housing Services team, which supports people experiencing homelessness. The coordinator helps maintain a safe, stable, and inclusive interim-housing environment while supporting guests’ basic needs and goals in coordination with case managers and operations staff.

What you'll do

• Support case managers and participants with goals in individualized service plans
• monitor interim-housing floors
• help keep participant spaces organized and clean
• provide hygiene needs
• collaborate with case management and operations to maintain a clean and safe facility.
