Operations Manager – Federal Contracts

The role supports predictable delivery by tracking milestones, reports, invoicing, and contract closeout or renewal activities.

What you'll do

• Develop working relationships with clients, leaders, vendors, and team members
• draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute federal and commercial contracts
• review proposed terms and conditions and negotiate as needed
• coordinate communications among executives, account managers, and employees
• establish quality management objectives and procedures
• support compliance with SOPs and policies
• complete contract reports
• supervise operations staff
• review weekly activity reports and deliverables
• monitor milestones, invoicing, and transaction compliance
• manage contract closeout, extensions, and option-year renewals
• assist with candidate sourcing and interviews.
