What you'll do

• Process, finalize, and mail customer registrations
• review paperwork for accuracy
• coordinate document drop-off, pickup, receipt, and filing with state and county licensing departments and the DMV
• update customer records
• assist with customer follow-up
• enter, cross-reference, and retrieve data across databases
• maintain detailed customer tracking notes.
