Child Care Center Cook

Job overview

The Child Care Center Cook position is onsite at Kid Works in Cincinnati, OH. Pay is $14–$18 per hour. The cook prepares meals and snacks for children at the center, supporting their nutrition and readiness to learn and grow. The role prepares breakfast, lunch, and snacks while maintaining food safety and an organized kitchen. Spending time in the classroom to support teachers and engage in activities is an optional opportunity, not a required duty.

What you'll do

• Prepare healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and snacks
• follow nutrition and food-safety practices
• keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. Classroom support and engagement in activities may be undertaken by cooks who are interested, but are not required.
