What you'll do

• Direct and support Shift Leaders and Team Members
• train, schedule, and manage employees
• assign duties and monitor attendance
• conduct or ensure required operations walks and quality checks
• ensure food preparation follows cooking, safety, and sanitation requirements
• delegate cleaning
• address guest concerns
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• support opening and closing activities
• complete administrative duties and checklists
• follow food, cash, and cost controls.
