Maintenance Assistant — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair buildings and grounds, including painting, cleaning, lawn care, and general upkeep. Inspect and service HVAC and plumbing systems or oversee contractors
• complete preventive maintenance and work orders
• assist residents with maintenance needs and move-ins or move-outs
• maintain safety and regulatory compliance
• and perform assigned emergency drills. The role includes availability for on-call emergencies outside regular business hours and driving for community business as assigned.
