Full Charge Bookkeeper

The Full Charge Bookkeeper role is onsite in Newport, RI; compensation is not specified. The bookkeeper manages day-to-day financial records and reporting for the company and managed yachts, supporting accurate accounting and timely handling of client funds. The role also coordinates with clients, vendors, yacht personnel, and internal teams on payments, reconciliations, and records.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and annual budgets for assigned yachts
• send monthly fund requests
• monitor yacht bank accounts
• review invoices
• support vendor setup, payment processing, invoice coding, and reconciliations
• respond to client and crew accounting inquiries
• process company accounts payable and client invoices
• track receivables
• reconcile company and client accounts, accounting systems, credit cards, and expenses
• maintain financial records and documentation.
