What you'll do

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and community psychiatric support services
• help clients develop social, interpersonal, coping, and daily-living skills
• provide supportive counseling and solution-focused interventions
• participate in strengths-based planning
• support housing skills
• assist clients and families in identifying strategies or treatment options
• refer inquiries to appropriate resources
• submit notes
• attend required training and supervision
• transport clients while providing services
• and participate in an after-hours phone rotation.
