What you'll do

• Image, commit, and verify documents
• review documentation for compliance and create or verify documentation exceptions
• maintain loan file inventory lists
• process commercial denials
• prepare, review, and file collateral documents for titled vehicle lien perfection
• coordinate with county, state, and third-party agencies
• monitor recording confirmations and rejected filings
• maintain collateral tracking and electronic lien filing systems
• verify receipt of recorded documents and original titles
• monitor department inboxes
• support other Loan Operations post-closing positions.
