What you'll do

• Set up molds and auxiliary equipment
• perform color changes
• input molding process parameters with assistance as applicable
• monitor production and work with quality inspectors to identify defects
• troubleshoot process, machine, and auxiliary equipment issues at applicable skill levels
• support productivity and scrap reduction
• maintain safety and 5S standards
• complete assigned training curriculum.
