Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is onsite in The Dalles, OR, with part-time and full-time opportunities described in the posting. Pay is $25–$26 per hour. This role helps individuals work toward personal goals, build independence, and stay connected to their communities through person-centered daily support. Duties include assistance with daily living, community activities, skill development, medication support and documentation, and collaboration with each person’s support team.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and individualized needs
• support community activities, appointments, and skill building
• respect choice, dignity, privacy, and independence
• provide medication support and documentation according to plans and policies
• complete electronic records
• maintain a safe environment
• collaborate with families and support teams
• respond appropriately to emergencies and unexpected situations.
