What you'll do

• Greet patients, families, and caregivers
• support check-in or check-out workflows
• verify identity and update registration information in Epic
• review eligibility and required forms
• schedule appointments and make confirmation calls
• collect and reconcile payments
• coordinate follow-up appointments
• scan and file documents
• communicate delays
• and follow clinic policies and applicable requirements.
