Fitness Sales Manager — Personal Training

The Fitness Sales Manager — Personal Training role is onsite in Hendersonville, TN. Compensation is $65,000–$85,000 per year. The role supports UFC GYM Hendersonville’s personal training growth and member experience. The manager drives personal training and supplement sales, develops the training team, and builds member relationships that support retention and referrals. The role also coordinates sales activity, appointments, and club operations to help meet department and club goals.

What you'll do

• Drive personal training and supplement sales toward monthly revenue goals
• conduct fitness assessments, consultations, club tours, and training appointments
• convert prospects and members into training clients
• generate business through referrals, outreach, digital prospecting, events, and promotions
• track client progress and member results
• support and coach the personal training team
• conduct team meetings
• manage scheduling and follow-up
• resolve member concerns
• conduct club walk-throughs and uphold safety standards.
