What you'll do

• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning
• provide one-on-one assistance to students with special needs
• assist with inclusion as directed by the teacher and IEP team
• prepare and distribute instructional materials
• supervise students in classrooms and other school settings, including field trips
• perform assigned classroom routines
• attend staff meetings and professional learning
• maintain student confidentiality
• substitute teach as needed.
