What you'll do

• Supervise shift nurses and team assistants
• coordinate nursing assignments, breaks, and resident care
• oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges
• maintain shift reports
• mentor and train staff
• monitor charts
• develop and update care plans
• round every two hours or as needed
• respond to emergencies and changes in resident status
• and inform physicians or nurse practitioners of changes.
