What you'll do

• Actively supervise children and maintain a safe, nurturing, engaging classroom
• build respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• use classroom technology for communication, documentation, and assessment
• observe and assess children’s developmental and learning needs
• plan developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• maintain attendance and scheduling flexibility to support classroom ratios
• follow HighScope, COR Advantage, DCF, NAEYC, and YoungStar requirements.
