What you'll do

• Oversee all operational, compliance, and governance activities for the U.S.
• 401(k) Plan.
• Manage plan administration end-to-end, including eligibility, enrollments, and contributions.
• Perform routine audits and act as key resource in HRS/payroll and vendor testing.
• Collaborate with recordkeepers, financial advisors, HR teams, and payroll to resolve issues and improve plan operations.
• Respond to participant inquiries with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.
• Conduct annual compliance testing and Form 5500 preparation.
• Coordinate workshops and materials to improve financial literacy.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Support the Retirement Committee with materials, reports, and fiduciary governance.
• Oversee plan amendments and major initiatives like system conversions.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

3 - 5 years of progressive experience administering U.S. defined contribution retirement plans.
