What you'll do

• Resolve client questions about tax activity, balancing issues, amended returns, and tax correspondence
• review, balance, and prepare amended tax returns
• reconcile payroll tax reports and returns
• research and resolve payroll tax notices with agencies and internal partners
• request penalty abatements
• document issues and trends
• communicate case progress to clients and internal teams
• stay current on tax regulations.
