The Physician Assistant (PA-C) — Family Medicine role is onsite in Wenatchee, WA, with pay of $66.35–$76.92 per hour. The position provides care to hospital and clinic patients and reports to the Practice Manager. The Physician Assistant provides primary and appropriate specialized care, evaluates and treats acute and chronic conditions and minor injuries, and refers patients to physicians or specialty services when appropriate. The role also supports patient education, clinical planning, accurate records, and coordination with staff and physicians.

What you'll do

• Examine, diagnose, and treat chronic and acute episodic illnesses and minor injuries
• refer to physicians and specialty services as appropriate
• write prescriptions and perform office procedures within scope, protocols, and available equipment
• educate patients and families
• participate in health promotion and clinical planning
• maintain accurate patient records
• support physicians with on-call responsibilities
• collaborate with staff and physicians on patient needs and care plans
• maintain active Basic Life Support certification.
